Since everyone is raving and posting about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I figured I would jump on the bandwagon and do the same. However, I am going to do it a little different. Instead of posting what I love from the sale I am going to show some dupes for some of the best sellers. Personally the items at Nordstrom are a little overpriced and you can definitely find some cheaper versions of them which is what I did today!
One of the newest items that just got added to the sale is this Madewell Blanket Scarf. This is the perfect accessory for the fall. It can dress up even the most basic and plain outfits. I would pair it with a white t-shirt, knee high riding boots and some dark wash jeans. But I wouldn't pay $43 for a scarf! Instead I would but this one from Amazon that is only $14 and comes in 10 different colors.
One of my favorite fall staples are ankle booties and I loved these Vince Camuto Nethera Perforated booties. They would look great with any outfit and look super comfy because of the low heel. I found a pretty good dupe for them over at TJMaxx. These are the Lucky Brand Perforated Ankle Suede Booties. They look just as comfy!
Something to pair the above booties with would be this open cardigan. Now I will admit this is a pretty great deal on the Nordstrom sale but for those that can't justify a $30 cardigan this Old Navy one is only $25 and just as soft and comes in way more colors.
One of my favorite pieces from the Sale was this cute Faux Leather Backpack from Sole Society. It is actually not that expensive at only $45.90. However, here is another option. This backpack from amazon has really cute detailing on it and it is only $27.99!
What is fall without some great OTK boots. The Marc Fisher LTD Yakira boots are perfect for the season. Paired with a mini dress or jeans these boots will look great with anything. For those that don't want to splurge so much on these boots, the Abbie Stretch boots from JustFab are a great dupe.
This super cute lace dress is to die for! I honestly think it is not a bad deal, however there is always a cheaper option. I found this Misguided Lace Mini on Forever 21's website. Such a steal!!
This next one is the best dupe that I could have possibly found for one of the sale items. I love the original BLANKNYC Moto Jacket but this Lulu's Suede moto jacket is a dead ringer and for just a fraction of the price.
