What's in My Diaper Bag

As a first time mom I am still trying to learn all the ins and outs of motherhood. I am all about being prepared and making sure that I have everything I need whenever I leave the house. In my opinion there is no such thing as over-prepared. Keep reading to see what I carry in my everyday diaper bag.
The diaper. bag that I am using is the Skiphop Greenwich Simply Chic Tote in the color Caramel. Right now this bag is on clearance for only $59.99 and also comes in black. I actually got mine at TJ Maxx for only $25.

I like this diaper bag because it's not so big that it's uncomfortable to carry around but it is big enough that I can carry everything that I need. It has a total of 10 pockets and a nice cushioned changing pad. I'm going to list below all the items that I carry in my diaper bag. These are all items that I find essential for every outing.
